Roaming tariffs for voice calls

With Roaming from Moldcell you have the possibility to maintain permanently the contact with your dears even being abroad, thanks to the opportunity to make calls, send SMS and MMS messages, receive calls and use the Internet from a wide range of countries and the tariffs for these services are constantly reducing! Now, being in Russia, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands or Turkey, you will pay 15 lei/minute for the voice calls to Moldova and the incoming calls will cost you 6 lei per minute.

Activation of Roaming service implies the completion of a written request at any Moldcell Center, according to the conditions of service provision, and presenting the necessary documents. To be sure you have access to Roaming for the period of your travel, please, activate the service at least a day before you leave the country and make sure you have on your account the minimal sum necessary for the use of the service.

How to make a call in Roaming?

  • To make a call in Roaming is as easy as to call at home. Just dial the phone number in the international format + [country code] [phone number].
  • To make a call to Moldcell number, please, dial +373 7xxxxxxx.
  • To make a call to a fixed phone in Chisinau, please, dial +373 22 xxxxxx.

Roaming voice and data services are activated simultaneously. Moldcell recommends you to consult the prices for Roaming services before using them. In Roaming, the voice mail service and calls to the Moldcell Customer Care service are charged in accordance with the tariffs applied to the outgoing calls to Moldova.

The packages with minutes are available for incoming and outgoing voice calls, except for calls to the satellite networks. Outgoing calls will be charged per minute, incoming calls in Roaming – per second. The first charging interval for the session of mobile Internet is 50 kB, the following interval is 10 kB. To send an SMS, the subscriber supplementary pays the price of an SMS according to Moldcell tariffs. When the services included in the package expire, you will have a possibility to activate a new package or benefit from the standard tariff for the respective service.
