By sending an SMS message to the short number 7272, the Subscriber authorizes the mobile telephony operator “Moldcell” (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”) to use and present within “Conectez prietenii” program personal information for delivering program notifications. The sending of an SMS message in the conditions of the present program shall represent a confirmation of the Subscriber’s acceptance of the conditions described in the present article.
In addition, the Operator shall not be held responsible for the subscribers’ actions or for their acceptance/non-acceptance of the fact of connection and, respectively, shall not accept any claims regarding the SMS delivery period, hereby informing the Subscriber that the receiving of SMS messages by the Operator may take up to 7 days.
Only a message received from the connected person shall serve as basis for granting the discount.
The Operator shall not bear responsibility for the content of the messages sent by the Subscriber and by the connected person, nor for any consequences and damage caused by such actions.
