In order for you to benefit from the entire range of advantages offered by this service, Moldcell provides you with Numere preferate service.
What is Numere preferate?
Dial *222*1*1#ok, and the options of the menu will immediately appear on the screen of your mobile phone.
1. Viewing the list of numbers
2. Adding a number to the list
Access the Numere preferate menu, choose “Reply”, then introduce 2 in the body of the message, which corresponds to the option “Adding”; press “Send reply”. Press “Reply”, introduce the telephone number in the following format: 7xxxxxxx, and select “Send reply”. As soon as the operation is completed, you will receive a confirmation message. This operation is executed for each telephone number you introduce in the list.
3. Modifying/replacing a number from the list
Access the Numere preferate menu, choose “Reply”, then introduce 3 in the body of the message, which correponds to the option “Modifying”; press “Send reply”. The telephone numbers from the list will be indicated on the screen of your mobile phone in the numeric order. Press “Reply”, introduce the ordinal number of the telephone number you want to modify/replace and press “Send reply”. Press “Reply” again, introduce the new telephone number in the following format: 7xxxxxxx, then choose“Send reply”. As soon as the operation is completed, you will receive a confirmation message.
4. Deleting a number from the list
Access the Numere preferate menu, press “Reply”, then introduce 4 in the body of the message, which corresponds to the option “Delete”; press “Send reply”. The telephone numbers from the list will be indicated on the screen of your mobile phone in the numeric order. Press “Reply”, introduce the ordinal number of the telephone number you want to erase from the list and choose “Send reply”. As soon as the operation is completed, you will receive a confirmation message.
Tariffs
Surfing the menu is free of charge, just the operations of Adding/Modifying are charged. The tariff for each operation of adding/modifying is 10 MDL (including VAT).
Note
Numere preferate service is available to all subscribers, natural persons. Only 5 mobile numbers from Moldcell network can be included in the list of numbers. For Abonament Moldcell subscribers a 50% discount is applied, calculated from the applied tariff. Within roaming, the calls to the numbers from the list will be charged in the usual way.
