- 1 loyalty point for every 10 lei used for services

What to do with the loyalty points? Exchange them for services and gifts!
Moldcell gives you a possibility to exchange your loyalty points for any services you like or for Moldcell promo gifts, which can be received in any Moldcell Center.
Choose minutes, messages or Internet traffic any time you gather the necessary amount of points, once in specified time you can exchange the accumulated points for more gifts from Moldcell. To exchange the points for services, please, dial *444*1*3#ok. All offered service packages are valid in the network during 30 days. See below the options for available services.

The loyalty points can be also used to pay the bill in Moldcell Cafe. In this case the sum of available points should cover the bill integrally (equivalent in points) and it cannot exceed 2000 points.
At the same time, Moldcell subscribers have the possibility to pay for certain administrative services by loyalty points, as follows:
- Number reassignment - 150 points
- Migration from Cartela Moldell to Abonament Moldcell - 100 points
- Temporary line suspension for 6 months - 150 points
- Temporary line suspension for 12 months - 300 points
The loyalty points, accumulated during the current year, will be valid till December 31st of the following year.
