People Partner (HR)

In this role you will act as a strategic partner and expert consultant on all HR related issues for the departments you will be responsible for.

Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

Recruitment and adaptation of new employees:

  • identify strategic opportunities related to human capital needs, which will conduct to company growth
  • elaborate job designs and candidates profile
  • elaborate, place and promote attractive job adverts and actively seek for and find the best candidates
  • conduct hiring interviews using the most modern suitable techniques
  • sustain the onboarding and adaptation of the new hires
  • deliver on company recruitment plan in a timely and efficient manner

Professional development and career growth:

  • identify training needs and career opportunities for employees from the departments you will be responsible for
  • corporate events on various personal and business occasions
  • elaborate & deliver training programs, identify external training partners, contribute to annual plans and budgets
  • provide input on workforce and succession planning

Other HR related business needs:

  • promote corporate culture and improve employee satisfaction
  • contribute to Company Employer Brand
  • maintain awareness in achievement of the corporate goals, plans, financial results and market share
  • consult and provide guidance to the management team
  • help elaborate and improve internal processes and procedures
  • support decision making by providing market insights

You’re best fit if you have:

  • university degree in HR, economy, technical or related field
  • experience in HR at least 3 years
  • knowledge of modern HR techniques and tools regarding the above described job responsibilities
  • fluency in Romanian, Russian and English
  • excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
  • high computer literacy
  • analytic mindset and strategic vision
  • positive attitude, ability and desire to do great things, learn and share knowledge, be and act as a team player
  • great time management and planning competencies
  • driving experience (cat. B)
